Program Structure
Our parent support groups meet biweekly for 1 hour. These sessions offer a safe and understanding environment where you can share your experiences, find comfort, and connect with others who have faced similar losses. Our groups provide a space where it’s okay to express your emotions and share your struggles.
Specialized Groups
Empty Arms: This group is specifically for parents who have experienced the death of a child under 24 years of age. It provides a supportive space to connect with others who understand the unique challenges of losing a child.
On Our Own: This group is tailored for parents who have lost a spouse or life partner and are raising children aged 18 years and under. It focuses on navigating grief while managing the responsibilities of parenting.
