For Young Adults Ages 19-24
At Seasons Centre for Grieving Children, we offer dedicated grief support for young adults aged 19-24 who are dealing with the loss of a parent, sibling, or close friend.
Program Structure
Our young adult groups meet biweekly for 1 hour. These sessions are tailored for individuals aged 19-24 who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling, or close friend. In these groups, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences and to find support and understanding. Our sessions provide a safe space to express your emotions, share your experiences, and receive support from both peers and facilitators.
