Equine Assisted Grief Workshop

Seasons Centre partnered with Sierrah Acres again this year for an Equine Assisted Grief Workshop. The workshop focused on the 4 tasks of grieving the death of a loved one. Participants enjoyed engaging with horses, participating in outdoor yoga, art sessions, a visit to a hobby farm, and mindfulness with horses. The pictures reveal the excitement and enjoyment the children experienced.
