The Running Room is hosting the Canada Day Races in Barrie and will continue their support of Seasons Centre for Grieving Children. For those wishing to participate, you can either register for the run or pledge a participant! Each registrant can collect pledges from friends and family members, with proceeds going to Seasons! The Canada Day Races start at 9:00 am and will offer a 5k run, a 5k walk, and a 1k Kid’s Run – what a great activity for the whole family to kick off Canada Day!
