Thank you Gore Mutual Insurance Company for the your generous donation towards “Will Marshall’s Insurance Brokers Charity Golf Tournament”.
What an exciting day for Seasons Centre. It began with Dulux Paint staff providing the Centre with a makeover of fresh paint! We can’t wait for you to see the transformation on the main floor. Lunch was served by the Barrie Colts who stayed to sign autographs and meet with families. We sincerely thank everyone that came out and provided us with such support! Thank you Dulux for making us part of your Colourful Communities Project. Thanks to the Barrie Colts, Panera Bread, Rogers and Hammond Transportation for getting the players there.
The Seasons Centre is close to our hearts as Oatley Vigmond represented the founder of the Seasons Centre, who lost his two young daughters in a car accident in the 90’s. We have also had many of our clients use the centre’s services.
The firm is looking forward to working closer with the organization. In accordance with the announcement, Oatley Vigmond partners presented the Seasons Centre for Grieving Children with a cheque for $10,000 on behalf of the firm.
We are extremely grateful to the Barrie Kempenfelt Rotary Club who recently presented Seasons Centre for Grieving Children with a gift of $25,000! This gift will allow the Centre to continue to provide no cost, peer to peer support groups for caregivers and children ages 5 – 24 grieving the death, or life threatening illness of an immediate family member. Pictured are President Steve Gage with Seasons Centre representatives Marcy Baldry, Development Director and Rowley Ramey, Managing Director. Thanks Kempenfelt Rotary for showing your commitment to the work that we do at Seasons Centre!
Thank you to the Ladies Golf League from Bear Creek for their generous donation of Teddy Bears. This marks the 5th year that the ladies league has taken up a collection of teddy bears for Seasons Centre. Every time a child or teen comes for an initial appointment they leave with a teddy bear. Teddy’s are comforting, always offer an ear to listen, snuggle whenever we need it and absorb lots of tears.
Thank you to Will Marshall Insurance Brokers for supporting us with your annual Golf Tournament. We have proudly been a part of Will Marshall’s Golf Tournament since 2004.
Huge thanks to Ty Greschuk for his Saves for Seasons campaign in the 2014/2015 hockey season.
Thank you to The Barrie Colts for their continued support. We raised $6000.00 through their donation of tickets for the September 17th Exhibition Game. All with the help of Boston Pizza of course!
Emily is a past participant here at Seasons Centre and a young goalie. Emily decided that she wanted to give something back to Seasons Centre and she had her own Saves for Seasons Campaign. With a donation for every shut out, Emily had 27 shut outs in the 2014/2015 season.
Thanks to Shirley & Karen for choosing Seasons Centre as the charity to benefit from their Outgrow Outplay Spring & Fall Consignment Sales.
Scotiabank’s 12th Annual Brick Campaign officially wrapped up this morning with the presentation of a cheque to Seasons Centre for $55,000! Thank you so much to Scotiabank customers for supporting the campaign, to all those that supported the golf tournament and to the staff at Scotiabank who hosted and participated in BBQ’s, bake sales, a road hockey game and a golf tournament!
