About
the Program and How to Get Involved.........
We are expanding our programs to include an
On-line Teen Grief Support Program.
This program is designed for teens between the ages of
13 and 18 years who have had a parent or sibling die.
We
welcome participants who meet one or more of the following
criteria:

Those who reside throughout Ontario.
|
|
Those who reside in the Barrie area and feel more comfortable in an
on-line setting as opposed to a face to face group.
|
|
Those with a physical disability that cannot access the services offered
by the Centre.
|
The
application form should be completed by the following:
|
A parent/caregiver of a grieving teen.
|
|
A referring agency with the client and the parent/caregiver.
|
After
receiving the application form we will contact the parent/caregiver(s)
within five days to discuss the program in further detail and
start the intake process if the teen meets our criteria.
